Phones at venues are often busy or go unanswered, but your messages from the Club Watch Community Connection go directly to the owners and general managers of the venues who have the authority to take immediate action to resolve your concerns. And it's very important to communicate your concerns directly to the venues to give them a chance to resolve your concerns instead of wasting your taxpayer dollars by unnecessarily calling the police and demanding city council intervention.
